ChronicCare service is designed to be a one-stop medical service platform for patients with chronic diseases‭. ‬It provides online‭ ‬consultation‭, ‬drug delivery‭, ‬medical science‭, ‬medication guidance‭, ‬medication reminder and one-touch call for help for chronic‭ ‬disease patients‭, ‬solving the problems of slow access to medical care‭, ‬low efficiency and lack of care for chronic disease groups‭.‬

Project BACKGROUND
The service of medical in China

As the most populous country‭, ‬China not only has a large population base‭, ‬but also faces the challenge of aging‭, ‬and the demand‭ ‬for medical services continues to increase‭. ‬At present‭, ‬with the increasing purchasing power of the people and the increasing awareness of health and health care‭, ‬the future of the medical service industry is promising‭.‬

With the development of the Internet, many Internet companies have begun to enter the medical field. They have provided certain conveniences for patients in terms of purchase, use, medical treatment, and registration, but they have always lacked a systematic integration service to face the entire medical industry.

As a special group‭, ‬patients with chronic diseases require regular visits to hospitals for prescriptions.The cumbersome access process leads to a poor patient experience‭. ‬In addition‭, ‬patients with chronic diseases need continuous follow-up from their doctors‭. ‬However‭, ‬due to the large disparity in medical standards between regions‭, ‬many patients in small counties need to seek medical treatment remotely and are unable to go to the hospital on time to pick up their medications‭.‬

Medication guidance
The system is on the pharmacy side‭, ‬providing services such as consumer management‭, ‬inventory management‭, ‬event promotion‭, ‬and system setting for pharmacies‭. ‬Consumer management includes regular reminders to buy medicines‭.‬
Pharmacy Management System
Record how to take medication and set medication reminders‭. ‬Prescriptions issued by doctors and medications purchased in the app‭ ‬will be synced into the medication reminders‭.‬
